Role Overview
Installation, repair and maintenance support of mainly the Rapiscan’s ADS / CT products in the UK & EMEA, but also providing support for the full range of the Checkpoint & Trace products.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and service support of Rapiscan’s ADS / CT products at customer’s premises, primarily at Newcastle Airport but may include other locations throughout the UK and overseas.

Routine preventative and breakdown maintenance of the Company’s equipment at customer premises in the UK and EMEA.

Provide out of hours standby cover as part of established teams.

Carry out basic Operator and Technical training when required at customer premises.

Carry out site surveys and advise customer on technical matters prior to installations.

Learn the basics for the full range of the Checkpoint & Trace products, so assistance can be given to other teams.

Provide feedback to Engineering, Product Line Management and QA as part of our continuous improvement programme.
Qualifications:
- Previous working in a customer facing environment would be beneficial.

Electronics and Computer experience essential, along with working knowledge of Microsoft office related programs.

Must have qualifications in subjects relevant to the role.
