About the role
We have an opportunity for a Junior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team and support our sales team to ensure our organisation reaches the sales goals each year.
Sales Operations is all about supporting and enabling frontline sales teams to sell more efficiently by providing strategic direction with less friction in the process.
Ultimately, you will work with a team of Salespeople to support the overall sales process throughout the year.
The Junior Sales Operations Analyst will have experience in supporting sales forecasting, supporting the adoption & enablement of sales tools and processes, and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organisation reaches our sales goals.
You will be proactive, highly organised and have great communication skills since you are responsible for managing lots of sales data throughout the year and will work directly with sales representatives and managers
Responsibilities
Create and implement reporting and dashboards for the sales organisation that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
Maintain data integrity within customer records in Salesforce.com and other systems
Maintain communication best practices for sales functions
Oversee all aspects of user and licence management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups in Salesforce
Resolve user support tickets
Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organisation
Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed

Demonstrated progressive relevant experience and an understanding of sales operations
Strong analytical ability and able to prioritise multiple projects
Knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organisational skills
1+ years’ experience as a Salesforce professional
Exposure with Sales Cloud
Solid hands-on configuration skillset
Ability to take initiative and work hard
