What’s the role about?
A number of exciting roles have become available to join our Marketing Team in John Lewis & Partners, as a Retail Media Programmatic Executive and Senior Retail Media Programmatic Executive, based within our Victoria Head Office.
As a key member of the Programmatic Team, you will support the implementation, optimisation, and development of the Programmatic Retail channel to deliver seamless campaigns across our partner brands. You will regularly analyse performance and work with stakeholders across the customer team and media agency in identifying new opportunities to help develop and grow this exciting new business area
As a Partner within the business, the successful candidate will also support our Partnership purpose and democratic principles, by constructively participating in co-ownership, and demonstrating to customers and each other that it is a better way of doing business. They will also actively share knowledge, experiences, ideas and opinions to improve the Partnership, always speaking honestly and frequently.
At a glance
This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and the London/ Head Office. However, there will also be an expectation to visit other locations as the need arises.
Contract type
This position is a Fixed Term for 12 months
What will you be doing?
Support agencies and in-house capabilities to deliver Programmatic retail marketing across categories and brands.
Liaising with media agencies to ensure they are fully briefed on all upcoming campaigns
Plan and manage campaigns through programmatic channels, constantly optimising spend and ensuring relevancy of messaging and targeting.
Support managing day-to-day relationships, campaign planning, creative briefing, and campaign performance reporting.
Liaising with agency, internal marketing teams and creative designers to ensure seamless and timely delivery of creative assets for campaigns.
Analysing media responses (both written and media plans) to ensure the brief has been comprehensively answered
Finance – raising PO’s, and reconciling campaign activity on the monthly basis
Attending weekly reporting meetings with the agency to evaluate performance
Analysing post campaign reports, and feeding these back to internal marketing teams to ensure an ongoing improvement in performance
