The role and the team
Fabulous role supporting the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager in delivering activity to achieve the agreed PMI acquisition targets across all above the line and below the line channels to deliver the UK Insurance (UKI) strategy
What you’ll be doing
- Building strong links with colleagues in other functional areas and understanding the relevant business processes to deliver campaigns within timescale and budgets
- Using your media agency experience and building a strong understanding of media buying, working with the agency to develop the acquisition retargeting plans and deliver against them.
- Making recommendations on how to optimise performance and learning for the future.
- Owning the conversion journey across non converters, lapsed and ex group scheme members with a focus on ongoing optimisation of these across email, call, and direct mail touchpoints.
- Reporting and circulating to key stakeholders
- Running acquisition projects that meet agreed commercial objectives and delivery deadlines to drive results.
- Leading on and creating content to support business objectives and ensure content customers journeys are continuously optimised.
- Representing consumer PMI on agile missions to progress lead generation contribution
- Ensuring all direct marketing communications are following the appropriate processes to adhere to copy clearance, legal, compliance and brand guidelines.
- Briefing creative agencies, reviewing and judging copy and creative, helping to deliver all direct marketing communications, both offline and online
- Obtaining buy-in from stakeholders and teams across the business including Finance, Legal / Compliance, Actuarial, Medical, Sales, Customer Services, Operations, Product Lines, Group Marketing and PR, Marketing Customer Communications, Marketing Insight, Marketing Propositions and Pricing

- A creative, collaborative team player, results-driven with an analytical and commercial mindset
- Impressive Marketing experience and superb communication skills
- Sound experience in digital media channels especially programmatic and social media
