We're looking for an eCommerce Production Coordinator to join our team. A great entry level role in eCommerce and digital marketing, you'll produce and coordinate product content through to digital publication across all our eCommerce ranges and channels. Working closely with editorial and production you'll coordinate product samples to produce accurate, engaging content for a range of digital platforms, ensuring the new product, seasonal and promotional launches are published across our digital channels accurately and on time.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Coordination and publication of product and content data to our growing catalogue of digital retail channels including Hallmark.co.uk, and Amazon and our other retailer partners.
- Coordinate the content, uploads and live previews of digital content for our retail partners from the sourcing of samples through to digital content production into retail customer portals and systems.
- Maintain the display and presentation of Hallmark product on our retailer websites to ensure the best representation of our Brand.
- Provide briefs and plan weekly schedule with editorial and photography teams to ensure that content is available to achieve launch dates.
- Maintain, change and publish timely price and promotional updates as advised by the eCommerce Producer in line with the trade and marketing plan.
- Support the introduction of new website features with testing and evaluation to provide feedback to the wider e-commerce team.
- Analyze customer use of website content and design (online customer journey), make recommendations and approved changes to ‘trade’ the online storefronts.
- Be the first point of contact for our Customer service and warehouse teams and coordinate resolution for any enquiry and issue relating to website content or online customer journey
- Support the wider e-Commerce and range planning teams with varied duties through peak Trading/Operational times.
Joining a growing eCommerce team, you'll have ample opportunity to learn and develop your skills. To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- A strong interest in eCommerce / Web publishing and production of product content using a web platform, with previous experience being a significant advantage
- Knowledge of and skilled at using the Shopify web platform & APPs or other web content management solution would be a significant advantage
- You're comfortable be curious, asking questions to develop your contribution to the team and working with differing levels of seniority
- Experience of building strong working relationships both within and outside of your direct team
- You're comfortable with Excel with intermediate level skills
- Your excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail and accurate spelling
- Strong analytical & numeric skills
- You're pro-active, a keen problem solver and resilient to overcome challenges and continuosly develop your skills.
- Previous expereince of managing multiple projects, with conflicting and changing priorities would be a significant advantage
