Job description
Golley Slater are looking for a Media Planning Executie to join our thriving media independent.
The role will assist in researching the target audience, producing the media strategy, media plans to answer the clients objectives. You will help the team to determine which media channels should be used to communicate with a clients target audience as well as conducting audience, market and brand research and keep up to date with the ever-changing media landscape to help recommend the best approach for each client.
What you will be doing:
Assisting the media planning team with:
- Researching and analysing market data to understand the clients target audience and the best ways to reach them through a variety of media channels.
- Creating media strategy which includes media channel rationale.
- Creating media plans which include the detailed platforms and delivery for each of the media channels to be used.
- Briefing out and working with Media Owners on external channels.

Identifying target audiences and analyse their behaviour, characteristics, and routines using ETelmar SurveyTime.

Quantifying reach and frequency of plans using Etelmar MediaPlanner.

Monitoring media trends and keep Media Planning team up to date on industry innovation.

Meeting clients to understand their media strategy and building up a picture about their target audience.
The essential skills and experience you need to be successful in the role are:
- Experience working in an office or admin environment is preferable. Experience working at an advertising or media agency is advantageous.Educated to degree level or equivalent.
