AmbitionPR is multi-award winning independent public relations agency representing an array of UK and international clients in diverse sectors including publishing, technology, travel, health and business consulting.
Working on a wide variety of campaigns, no two days are the same at the agency. Work conducted for our clients includes reputation management campaigns, copywriting, event co-ordination, product and brand launches, awards, social media and more.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic PR Intern to join us at our Norwich office for the summer. You may be a student who has just completed A-levels, an under-graduate currently studying at university or a recent graduate who is looking to gain industry experience.
The successful candidate will provide general support to the wider PR team and will be involved in a variety of tasks which may include:
- Observing client meetings and taking notes
- Assisting with research required to plan client campaigns
- Monitoring the news and highlighting relevant stories
- Copywriting for press releases, blogs or social media posts
- Pitching stories to journalists
- Assisting with compiling award entries
- Assisting with pitching to events and conferences
- Media monitoring and preparing campaign reports
A general internship is available covering a variety of clients and sectors, or if preferred, the candidate can opt for a more focused internship within our book publicity, technology or leadership & management teams.
The duration of the internship can be flexible depending on the candidate's availability but is expected to run during July-September.
The internship is full time (37.5 hours per week) working from our office in New Costessey for 3-4 days per week, with 1-2 days per week from home.
