Job Description
We are looking for individuals with a kind, compassionate heart who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients, to join our team in the Aylesbury area. As a Senior Care Professional you will be the link between our Care Manager, and the Care Professionals team, conduct introductions between clients and Care Professionals, conduct training for Care Professional team, and provide a variety of non-medical services to help clients keep independent in their own home. You will be based both within the field, when providing care to our clients, and in the office when supporting the Care Manager.
You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable spending time in the company of others.
As a Senior Care Professional you will also help to ensure that Home Instead Aylesbury Vale and North East Oxfordshire remain CQC compliant, by supporting our Care Manager in this area.
This role is a full-time position, you will therefore be expected to work alternative weekends in addition to a minimum of two evenings per week, as a part of your working hours.
Rates of pay start from £12.75 and can increase to £14.00 based on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
As a Senior Care Assistant you must have achieved a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent. Experience within the care sector is essential, you must have a passion for delivering good customer service, and have knowledge and understanding of legislation specific to Health Social care.
A valid drivers license and access to a reliable form of transportation is also required for this role, where you will be providing support to our clients within the communities we serve. You will also be flexible to travel to all geographical areas encompassed within our patch.
