Let’s get to the details shall we?
As an amazing Front of House Manager, it is your role to be an efficient and effective member of the management team, supporting the General Manager with recruiting, training, and developing a strong team of staff across Golf Fang, ensuring compliance with licencing, hygiene and health and safety. You will need to be the bearer of standards, creativity, and quality across brands and is responsible for the continuous developments of the standards in the venue using such methods as training, people management, reviewing of products and ensuring the general upkeep of maintenance and cleanliness. You must be fully versed as a Duty Manager and confident in venue management and cash handling.

Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
Essential criteria
- Experience in managing a front of house service.
- Knowledge of sales processes and team motivation.
- At least 6 months managers experience in leading a front of house role.
Desired criteria
- Experience in a multi-site unit, managing multiple locations.
- Food safety and hygiene qualifications.
- England & Wales Personal License.
Showcasing your fantastic customer service skills will be the top priority and your role will include:
- Working in collaboration with other Duty Managers on delivering the business targets.
- Working with the Senior Bartender on unique and innovative cocktail menu development, budgeting, and training to give the venue unique twists.
- Accountable for effective recruitment, planning and selection events for your venue, ensuring a high-quality onboarding, induction, and ongoing development experience.
- The timely completion of end of probation reviews and ongoing development reviews for the people assigned to you and the senior roles in your venue.
- Accurate upkeep and development of the section files and weekly jobs, rotas and cleanliness of the venue, escalating issues to the General Manager when required.
