Job Description

About the role and our team

Join our team based at Noble’s Hospital as a Clinical Administration Assistant!

Within this role, you will provide a full range of general administrative support to the Clinical Secretarial Teams.

You’ll be part of our small and friendly Clinical Administration Team, playing a key role ensuring patient letters are scanned to their medical records and are posted to them and their GPs. As well as this, your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Scanning referral documentation into electronic forms
  • Processing correspondence and other patient documents
  • Ensuring post is opened, sorting and acknowledged – manually or electronic
  • Identifying and maintaining stocks of stationery and office supplies
  • Answering telephones and responding to queries within remit, from patients, Nurses, Doctors, Clinical Secretaries, GP surgeries etc.

A relocation package and interview expenses are not available for this role.
