Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Warehouse Operative Goods Team Leader to join our inclusive team in Sudbury. This role offers an opportunity to have a positive impact with Siemens Sudbury, working in a fast-paced environment receipting and supplying raw materials to our Sudbury production lines.
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will assist in running an efficient warehouse operation that can fulfil operational and customer demand and meet set targets. Please note that previous experience working in a warehouse environment is essential.
In this role you can expect to:

Supervise a team of warehouse workers that perform various functions

Ensure the delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production schedules

Ensure inventories in the area of responsibility are accurate
-
Gather data for daily meetings and run these meetings where necessary

Contribute to problem-solving and improvement events
To apply for this role, previous experience working in a warehouse environment is essential. You'll also need:

A valid forklift license (preferred)

Experience with SAP (preferred)

To be a Warehouse Operative Goods Manager with previous experience as a Team Leader or a Team Manager with a similar role.
