Salary - £24,945 per annum + a quarterly bonus of up to 16% of your salary.
Shift coverage between 8:00am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

You will be delivering outstanding service to our customers and stakeholders so naturally you should and have clear, empathetic, and calm communication skills both written and verbal. You'll manage inbound and outbound contact through a variety of different channels covering digital platforms, phone, email and text. You’ll need to be digitally savvy to maintain secure, accurate customer records across a wide range of internal systems. This role involves the resolution of complaints so we are looking for people with a customer service background in a target driven role with first-time resolution and a can-do attitude.
We will supply all your IT equipment - you’ll just need somewhere to work uninterrupted at home, with a desk, a comfortable chair and a stable, wired internet connection (10mps or greater)
