Newark/Grantham area, Permanent, Full Time, £25k
Our Family run global client is seeking a Sales and Export Administrator to join their team. Working in a small team the administrator will be a self-motivated candidate with
the ability to manage an ever-changing workload.
Duties include.
- Managing and processing sales orders and invoices received.
- Managing carriers/shippers to obtain maximum potential in relation to cost.
- Obtain quotes and make bookings.
- Obtain proof of delivery in accordance with HMRC requirements.
- Collate, produce, and maintain documentation including export documents required for despatch.
- Emailing invoices and other required documents to customers on receipt of despatch in line with payment terms.
- Ensuring customs records, orders and invoices are logged.
- Maintaining SOPs to show current processes.
- Review and completing all carrier/shipping invoices.
- Maintain an excellent relationship with existing clients both in the UK and overseas.
- Run month end reports for finance/packing.
In order to be considered for this role candidates must be a confident self-motivated individual with the ability to work in ever changing environment. Previous Export knowledge would be helpful although experience in a Sales or Logistics role is essential. This role would suit an Export Coordinator, Sales Administrator or Logistics Assistant.
Semi Rural location - so owner/driver essential
