Being a Virgin Money Brand and Marketing Graduate will get your career off to a flying start. Over two years, we will give you the pick of 4 x 6 monthly placements, tasting different marketing divisions and learning a range of skills. At the end of your rotations, you’ll step up into one of our Brand or Marketing teams, and put your experience to work. We have 2 graduate positions available in our department.
Our Grads will join our expert teams and get to grips with a whole host of brand & marketing specialisms including:
- Strategy and Planning
- Media Planning and Buying
- Social Media
- Campaign Management
- Creative Development
- CRM
- Customer Insight
- And much more

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has (or track for) a 2:2 degree or higher
- Is up for learning new things and putting them into practice
- Has a great attitude, sense of ambition and is big on joining in, speaking up and looking for new ways to make changes
- Has a passion for brand and marketing
