Leeds Beckett University is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated individual to work as a Digital Library Advisor within our Digital Library Team, part of Library and Student Services.
The team primarily provides a comprehensive colleague and student support service for a range of library and research technologies. You’ll also develop a range of guidance materials, participate in project work, assist with communications, support training delivery, and support research workflows including Open Access, publishing outputs and REF requirements.
The successful candidate will be a team player with: an awareness of the higher education and research sector environment; an understanding of good customer service; excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You will work with library users and researchers to support them in using these technologies in the most effective and impactful way.
