An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Catering team for the position of Cellar Assistant. The successful candidate will work alongside the Cellar Manager to support the management of our catering department’s main cellar throughout the year; across match-day and non-match-day operations.
The role has a particular emphasis on delivering efficient cellar operation. Under the Cellar Manager's guidance, the Cellar Assistant will assist with the planning, delivery, collection and management of stocks across the site; support the Cellar Office regarding casual workforce assisting the team with inductions, briefings, uniform standards, health and safety protocols, breaks management and any other task related to casual personnel as indicated by the line manager.
The successful candidate will be punctual, diligent and maintain active communication with the team on a regular basis.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High levels of initiative and ability to work on their feet
- Administrative and organisational skills
- Good self-management and the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish relationships with various stakeholders
- Very good understanding of Health and Safety regulations in large venues
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
