What you will be doing
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with personality disorders and mental health needs. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.

Ty Grosvenor is changing to an all Male service, with an all new acute ward opening. be part of this exciting new development of our services.
You will empower and support people to reach their own unique goals while you learn about implementing five core zones of Work and Education, Interventions, Social Networks, Health and Empowerment. The service has two distinct wards and two-bedroom apartments that support independent living. You’ll also benefit from access to mainstream resources within the local community,
