Restore are currently recruiting for Data Entry / Warehouse Operatives. Estimated project duration will be 3 years but commencing with a 12 month fixed term.
To carry out safe and careful physical and mechanical handling of client’s records and provide a high standard of storage and indexing and retrieval services in accordance with the Operations Procedures Manual. To capture data fields required and label files accordingly with instructions provided
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure a high level of housekeeping standards are maintained in the archive.
- Promote the Restore image by wearing a clean, neat and tidy uniform as provided.
- Ensure personal protective clothing equipment is worn in accordance with Restore’s Health and Safety policy.
- Complete relevant paperwork as required, and follow the processes as documented in the procedures manual. Ensuring highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- To provide a high level of customer care.
- To carry out any other relevant duties as requested by the Line Manager to ensure the effective performance of the Archive Centre operation.
- Report any Security issues to your Supervisor / Line Manager immediately.
- Ensure that you are working to the Operating Procedures and that any changes to these procedures are authorised before implemented.
- Actively seek to improve the working procedures and environment and communicate the recommendations to the Supervisor / Line Manager.
- Ensure records are picked and handled in the appropriate manner.
- Ensure correct download of PDT.
- Ensure correct use of O’Neil Records Management system
