The Job:
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for the performance of their unit. Reporting into the General Manager, the AGM is expected to take ownership of unit performance, measured by profitable growth, customer experience, staff retention, and unit standards. The AGM is an ambassador for Immersive Gamebox who should lead by example, and set the highest standards for themselves and their team whilst building a dynamic and exciting working environment

Requirements:
2 years management experience of a branded retail, hospitality or leisure unit
Experience of hiring, managing and developing a team
Proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction
Experience of working with technology, both customer-facing and for business operations
