As part of our welcoming and established compliance team, you will work closely with our Technical Locality team to ensure that our buildings and services comply with all relevant laws and regulations. You will have the opportunity to oversee compliance work streams for both our housing and commercial buildings, providing
you with a diverse and interesting role.

Key requirements for the role include:
- Keen eye for detail when reviewing documents and emails
- Excellent ICT skills as the role is 95% computer based
- Proficient in Google suite / Microsoft package
- Highly motivated and keen to make a difference
- Compliance experience desired
