We are looking for a teacher of Physical Education with enthusiasm and motivation who is interested in joining the School Sport Partnership (SSP) from September 2023.
As a member of an experienced high achieving team, you will have responsibility for coordinating and developing an exciting, high quality PE and sports programme in local Primary, Special and High Schools. Experience in a similar environment would be an advantage. We are looking for a qualified (QTS) professional with excellent communication skills who is IT literate with the ability to adapt to a variety of situations. Possession of a full UK driving licence is also desirable.
Willow Tree is a host site for the national School Games strategy in Ealing and have consistently achieved very highly against the expected outcomes including being recognised for providing participation rates in the top 10% nationally. In addition, for the work across all its programmes the School Sport Partnership has received national and regional awards.
Willow Tree is also the Youth Sport Trust (YST) Inclusion lead school for West London and an FA girls football school partnership. A strategic lead for both initiatives is based within the SSP with programmes delivered across schools and supported by the team.
Successful applicants will be required to apply for an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
