The posts sits in the Directorate of Global Impact in the Recruitment, Events and Widening Participation team. The role will play a major part in helping the University meet its ambitions for growth and diversification, including WP, through its recruitment strategy.
Engaging with young people and the multiple stakeholders involved in student recruitment, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with target schools and colleges within designated regions of the UK. This will involve creating strong communication links and opportunities for engagement.
The role will support the development and delivery of a varied range of experiential and interactive activities, including talks and events providing information, advice and guidance about courses, application cycles, the benefits of university study and helping to inform decision making.
The role holder will represent the University in recruitment activities both on and off campus, such as university open days/evenings, UCAS fairs, schools and colleges events, shows and others activities as required both physically and virtually, and will lead and support on key related projects.
