Our Education Systems and Services (EDSS) team requires an Assistant to support our Competence Club (learning platform), dealing with first line queries from our external customer base and internal stakeholders, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks in support of the Business Line, including:
- Assisting in general updates to the Competence Club LMS (Learning Management System)
- Managing various databases eg. Client records, training portfolios etc
- Assisting with the creation and development of training courses, including liaising with Subject Matter Experts
- Supporting content creation and development. This includes, but is not limited to graphics, presentations, video creation, blogs, and case studies.
- To collaborate with the wider team to support digital events and training
- Adhoc assistance on other Business Line projects and general administrative housekeeping when required
